Practical Information for Your Stay
To make you feel as comfortable as we do, here’s some practical information about how the house works. Thank you in advance for your understanding — these are small rules designed for everyone’s peace of mind.
Arrival and Check-In
As a family-run property, there is no reception desk open all day: check-in is scheduled between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm, unless otherwise agreed. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance, and report any changes to +39 349 1719809, to avoid unnecessary waiting.
At check-in you’ll receive the keys to your room and to the front door, which allow independent access — we just ask that you make sure the front door is properly closed, both on entry and exit.
What’s Included in Your Stay
Your stay includes the double room with private bathroom, linen (sheets, blankets and towels) and breakfast. Bed linen is changed after the third night, while bathroom towels are replaced daily.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the Stube or in the garden during summer, from 8:00 to 9:00 am. Please let us know in advance about any dietary needs, intolerances or allergies — we’ll be happy to accommodate them.
Check-Out
Rooms must be vacated by 10:30 am to allow for daily cleaning; after this time, daily cleaning cannot be guaranteed. Keys should be left on the desk in the room — please check you haven’t left any personal belongings behind.
Small Pets
We’re happy to welcome small dogs, as long as they aren’t left alone in the room or in common areas, for a contribution of €10 for the whole stay.
A Few More Things
For everyone’s comfort, smoking and cooking or eating food are not permitted in the rooms (any extra cleaning required will be charged). Only small personal devices may be plugged in — razor, hairdryer, phone, laptop or travel fridge. Open flames, gas canisters and flammable liquids are not allowed. Children must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult, both inside and outside the property.
We remain available for anything you may need during your stay: the sooner you let us know, the sooner we can help.
