For holidays in Valpolicella, the B&B Mimosa e Lillà is easily accessible, one kilometer from the north ring road exit, it is located in a residential area at the foot of the Fumane hills, in the heart of Valpolicella, with a splendid view of the vineyards and olive groves. wooden house and the interiors are built according to the canons of eco-architecture (house in energy class A4), which uses natural materials to be combined with modern energy-saving systems, to create a healthy and sustainable space not only for the family but also for guests. Once you enter the house you will be enveloped in a feeling of warmth and protection, which comes from simple things, such as wood, a living material, capable of transmitting well-being and unique emotions. with a large portico, where breakfast is served in the summer and where guests can enjoy a little rest.

 B&B Mimosa e Lillà is pleased to welcome you, for a peaceful stay in harmony with us and the other guests, we invite you to read some house rules. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

Since the B&B Mimosa e Lillà is a small family-run structure, there is no reception service available throughout the day, therefore, unless otherwise agreed,

 CHECK-IN is scheduled from 18.00 to 21.00. Please communicate your expected arrival time in advance and report any changes or delays to the following telephone number: +39 3491719809. Going to the structure at a time that is not agreed upon or at a different time from that of check-in can lead to unpleasant waiting times, this inconvenience cannot be a reason for complaints. Room and front door keys are provided upon check-in and allow for a separate entrance, please make sure the front door is properly closed on both entry and exit. Keys must be returned upon check-out, damage or the loss of the same entails a penalty of € 300.00.


Stay in our B&B includes the use of the double bedroom with a private bathroom, the supply of linen (towels, sheets, and blankets), and the breakfast service. Change of bed linen takes place after the third night, the bathroom linen is replaced daily, Rooms must be vacated by 10.30 to allow for tidying up and daily cleaning. After this time, daily cleaning is not guaranteed. Correct and civil use of the toilets is recommended, avoiding throwing anything into the toilet (you can use the special bins provided). You are asked to communicate any problem that may arise during your stay so that we can intervene as quickly as possible.

Breakfast is served in the "Stube" or the garden during the summer, from 8.00 to 9.00. Please inform us of special needs as well as any known food intolerances and allergies.


Rooms must be returned by 10.00 am, the keys must be left on the desk of the room. Please check that you have not forgotten personal items. In the B&B it is FORBIDDEN: smoke in the rooms and the internal and external common areas;   prepare or consume food in the rooms. Any extra cleaning will be charged at check-out; connect any household appliance to the electrical system (except for the electric razor, hairdryer, mobile phone, PC, and travel refrigerator; introduce open flame appliances, gas canisters, and flammable liquids. A behavior must be maintained inside the house that at no time of day can cause a disturbance. For security reasons, it is not possible to bring unregistered persons who have not been authorized into the rooms. Children must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult, inside and outside the house.
    

On request, it is possible to accommodate small dogs, as long as they are not left alone inside and outside the structure, for 10.00 Euros for the entire stay. Respect for the quiet, cleanliness, and decorum of the house is recommended, in case of non-compliance we reserve the right to charge the additional cost of Euro 20.00 for extraordinary cleaning.

Each guest is required to compensate for any damage caused to the B&B, to the furnishings, and for the improper use of complementary equipment.
 Luggage
We decline all responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage to objects of your property left in the rooms or the common areas.

No answer, of any disservices due to the total or partial lack of supplies such as electricity, water, telephone line, or internet connection not dependent on the will of the structure.
